The haunting melody composition was provided by Jimmy Antiporda with lyrics penned by Christian Faustino, Robert Labayen, and Lloyd Oliver Corpuz.

The song about faith, love, and kindness during the holiday season was sung by thirty eight popular singers and celebrities such as Billy Crawford, Gary Valenciano, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Sarah Geronimo, Martin Nievera, Yeng Constantino, Ogie Alcasid, Erik Santos, and Piolo Pascual to name a few.

The initial upload of the song immediately garnered 5 million views. ABS-CBN further added to the song’s popularity by launching online app for people to vote on their favorite celebrity involved in the song.

This sentiment was further bolstered in this catchy kapamilya song “Isang Pamilya Tayo ngayong Pasko”. The song was a collaborative effort between the tandems of Lloyd Oliver Cruz-Robert Labayen team and Yumi Lacsamana- Thyro Alfaro.

The height of popularity of THE VOICE contest was during this year. The coaches involved in the contest such as Sharon Cuneta, Lea Salonga, Bamboo, and Sarah Geronimo were the celebrities involved in the singing of the year’s station ID slogan song. ABS-CBN brings another Christmas slogan song for the year with Ngayong Pasko, Magniningning ang Pilipino written by Jordan Constantino. Musical score was provided by Lloyd Corpuz. Kapamilya popular newscasters headed the 5 minute 30 seconds video. The two artist performers were Toni Gonzaga and Gary Valenciano backed by the UST singers.
