Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- For the Sauce: 700 g ground turkey
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- ¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped
- ½ cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 2 tbsp parsley, minced
- 480 ml cranberry sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup ketchup
- 3 tbsp onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
How to Cook Turkey Meatballs
- Combine the soup mix, eggs, cranberries, parsley and bread crumbs in a bowl, then add the turkey and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into one-inch balls and put them on a baking sheet.
- Bake at a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 20 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and heat thoroughly, then add the meatballs.
