Turkey is a traditional dish to serve during Christmas dinner.  Instead of cooking the usual turkey roast, why not try our recipe for turkey meatballs?  It’s easier and quicker to cook!

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • For the Sauce: 700 g   ground turkey
  • 2 pcs    eggs
  • 1 pack  onion soup mix
  • ¼ cup   dried cranberries, chopped
  • ½ cup   bread crumbs, seasoned
  • 2 tbsp   parsley, minced
  • 480 ml  cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup   chicken broth
  • ¾ cup   ketchup
  • 3 tbsp   onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp   brown sugar
  • 2 tsp     cider vinegar

How to Cook Turkey Meatballs

  • Combine the soup mix, eggs, cranberries, parsley and bread crumbs in a bowl, then add the turkey and mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into one-inch balls and put them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at a preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan and heat thoroughly, then add the meatballs.
